1. Fish pose
This is one of the simplest facial yoga exercises you can practice. Cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser and pat it dry. Suck in your lips and cheeks inwards like a fish and hold this face yoga exercise and try smiling. Hold it for 15 to 20 seconds at a time. Repeat this five times. Regularly practising the fish pose this exercise will help achieve glowing skin, fight wrinkles and ageing, tone the jawline, and more
2. Face tapping
This face exercise for glowing skin is super simple and effective. Face tapping is great for the skin as it promotes blood circulation and gives your skin a beautiful glow. The best time for this face yoga exercise is while applying your glowing serum. This will help your lightweight serum penetrate deep into the skin while also hydrating it.
Apply the serum across your face and begin tapping with slight pressure. Start tapping around your upper lip and jawline. Move towards your ears, cheeks and forehead. Don’t forget to tap the skin on your neck and décolletage area.
3. Face and neck massage
It is important to thoroughly moisturize your skin. This facial yoga exercise is best done when applying your creams. Apply a small layer of brightening day cream or nourishing night cream across your face and neck. With your fingertips, pull your skin upwards. Always remember to massage in an upward direction as this will help tighten your skin. You can also use your knuckles and move them upwards. This is a great facial exercise for wrinkles as it helps to tighten your skin. Doing this for two to three minutes every day will help promote blood circulation and tighten your skin.
